You may use Bartender only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity occurring under your account.
You retain ownership of data you provide. You grant Bartender limited rights to process that data to operate, maintain, and improve the service for your account.
You must not misuse the platform, including unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, disruption of service, or any unlawful processing of personal data.
Paid features are billed according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
You may stop using the service at any time. Bartender may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms.
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Bartender is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
